Itinerary: Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca

Day 1: Reception at the Airport, City tour Lima

Once we arrive, our staff will be waiting for you and will welcome you at the airport, then you will be transferred to your chosen hotel.

Lima is known as the "City of the Kings" and you will begin your excursion in the afternoon between 2:15 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. The visit begins at the Huaca Pucllana, which was a pre-Inca ceremonial and administrative building. Then you will visit the city center where the Cathedral, Pizarro's Tomb, the San Francisco Catacombs, the Congress, the Torre Tagle Palace, and some residential neighborhoods, such as San Isidro and Miraflores where you can see spectacular views. from the Pacific Ocean. Once your tour is over you will be transferred to your hotel or in Miraflores, the San Isidro districts.

Day 2: Flight to Cusco and City Tours

Our Mundo Mapi Adventure staff will pick you up at the airport and then transfer you to your respective hotel.

It may take some time to acclimatize to the altitude, we recommend you explore some of the attractions of Cusco, such as: the traditional market of San Pedro, the bohemian neighborhood of San Blas or one of the many museums that are located in the center of Cusco.

Between 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. we will start with our tour which will begin in the main temple of Cusco (Cusco Cathedral) and then continue with our tour in the temple of the sun (Qoricancha), as well as the impressive archaeological sites from: saqsayhuaman, qenqo, puka pukara and tambomachay. at night we will be returning to your hotel.

Day 3: Excursion Sacred Valley of the Incas

Our Mundo Mapi Adventure Agency will stop by your hotel to pick you up and take you to the Sacred Valley of the Incas Tour, the first point of visit is the Archaeological Center of Pisaq, located at the top of the hill, then we will return to the town to visit the Market Andino de Pisaq, is the right place to acquire the best memory of our trip. Then we will continue our journey to Urubamba to enjoy an exquisite Buffet Lunch at the tourist Restaurant El Maizal.

The next destination we visit Ollantaytambo where the Inca constructions are still maintained and we can visit the entire Archaeological Complex accompanied by our Guide. From here you will be accompanied to the Train Station for your trip. Overnight in Machu Picchu

Day 4: Tour to Machu Picchu

After a delicious breakfast, we will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to the Bus Station to start the Excursion to Machu Picchu, this trip lasts approximately 20 minutes to reach the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. Then with our guide we will visit the city for 2 hours, we will visit the main attractions of Machu Picchu, you will have free time to know this city at your own discretion.

We return to the town of Aguas Calientes for our buffet lunch and in the afternoon we will take the train back to Cusco. Upon arrival, our staff awaits you to direct you to your Hotel in Cusco.

Day 5: Tours from Cusco to Puno by Special Bus

After an excellent breakfast, we will pass by your hotel and then move to the Cusco - Puno Bus Station, where we board a tourist bus with guide service on board. During this tour the first point of visit is the Andahuaylillas Temple known as the Sistine Chapel of America for its abundant ornamentation on the Walls. Then we will visit Raqui - Wiracocha Temple, a huge rectangular two-story structure made of Adobe with a Stone Base. In Sicuani we will enjoy an exquisite buffet lunch then we will visit the next attraction La Raya, the highest point of the trip to take the best panoramic photographs. Pukara Museum that exhibits a set of Monoliths and lithic sculptures of the Pukara Culture When we arrive in Puno we go to your Hotel.

Day 6: Visit of the City of Puno, Uros and Taquile Islands

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the port of Puno (Lake Titicaca) where you will board the boat and then visit the Floating Islands of the Uros for a period of 45 minutes, you will appreciate the customs of this island and its crafts. Then we will also transfer by boat to visit the Taquile Island of great scenic, ethnic, cultural and archaeological value, then we will also return by boat to the Port of Puno, there they will be picked up and taken to the Hotel or if they wish we can leave them in the center from Puno, and finally the night will be spent at the selected hotel. Day 7: Visit of Sillustani and Air Travel from Juliaca to Lima
